Set within the historic, hallowed walls of Whiston Estates, I am inviting you to pull up a chair at a table where the conversation doesn’t end at the grave.
There is a certain stillness here at the Estate—a sense that the past isn’t quite as far away as we’re led to believe. Old buildings like ours have a way of holding onto memories, and in a space this storied, the veil between what we see and what we feel is naturally thin.
Dinner with the Dead is an evening I’ve curated to be as intentional as the mediumship itself. This isn't a performance, and it isn't a crowded gallery reading; it is a sacred, candlelit circle.
We gather here to prove that the people we’ve lost are never truly gone—they are simply waiting for an invitation to the feast.

To keep the energy focused and the messages personal, I am strictly limiting this gathering to 13 living guests.
If you look at the table, however, you will notice we have set 16 places. Three chairs will remain intentionally empty.
These seats are reserved for the spirits, the ancestors, and the loved ones who wish to join us.
By physically holding that space, we signal to the Other Side that the door is open, the hospitality is extended, and we are ready to listen.

As you dine on a three-course menu prepared by the Estates chefs, the evening will be dedicated to bridging the gap between worlds.
Direct Mediumship: With only 13 guests, the energy in the Private Room is concentrated. I will move throughout the circle, delivering direct evidence, specific names, and personal messages from the Other Side.
The Shared Table: We believe that breaking bread together raises the vibration of the room. This is mediumship in its most natural, conversational form—happening right beside you as you eat.
A Sacred Connection: We gather not just to witness the afterlife, but to experience it. In the quiet elegance of the Hall, you will be part of a small group of seekers proving that love never truly leaves the room.

The Feast
Your seat at the table includes a curated three-course meal, chosen from the menu below.
To ensure every detail is perfect for your arrival, you will be contacted via email 14 days before the event to provide your final food choices.
Starters
Grilled Halloumi (GF): Set upon a bed of crisp, garden-fresh greens and finished with a delicate, sweet chilli glaze.
Creamy Garlic Mushrooms: Sautéed garden mushrooms in a rich garlic infusion, served atop a pillow of lightly toasted brioche.
Main Courses
8oz Rump Steak (GFA): A lean, signature cut prized for its deep, beefy flavour. Served alongside hand-cut chips, grilled tomato, a flat-baked field mushroom, garden peas, and our homemade golden onion rings.
Sizzling Chicken Fajitas: Tender, seasoned chicken strips pan-seared with peppers and onions. Served with warm tortillas and a trio of fresh salsa and cool sour cream.
Tomato & Basil Gnocchi (VEA): Soft, velvet-textured potato gnocchi tossed in a vibrant sun-ripened tomato and basil reduction, finished with aged Italian hard cheese and fresh herbs.
Desserts
Signature Chocolate Brownie: A decadent, rich cocoa brownie served with your choice of silky pouring cream, traditional custard, or Madagascan vanilla ice cream.
Cheesecake of the Day: A rotating seasonal specialty accompanied by a selection of fresh orchard fruits and your choice of cream or ice cream.
A Note on Spirits: To allow each guest the freedom to choose their own level of grounding or spirit, beverages are not included in the event ticket.
A full selection of curated wines, premium spirits, and soft drinks will be available for purchase from the Estates’ bar throughout the evening.
